Excellent ski room with heated boot warmers.
The wifi was non-functional, frustrating since I needed to stay connected. I was also disheartened to find plastic cups in the bathroom, which seemed outdated. The lounge area felt cold and sterile, lacking a cozy atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes.

Positive, Very friendly and cute staff. Perfect location, right next to the main chairlifts. Really good and convenient ski/snowboard storage facilities as part of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and I loved having a spacious room with a balcony.

The Standard Single Room was surprisingly spacious, better than the photos. Perfect location for a first-time visit to Cervinia, right in the centre and just a short ski to the Cretaz chairlift. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with satisfying options.

I loved the perfect central position, just a few steps from the charming Chiesetta della Madonna delle Nevi and minutes away from great restaurants like Bar Ristorante Cime Bianche Laghi, making it easy to wander through the scenic streets and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best aspects was the amazing staff. Esteban in the bar and breakfast lounge was always friendly and upbeat, and Elvisa at the front desk was great. The hotel facilities were excellent and clean, including the parking and transportation options. the location was excellent, with easy access to everything in this city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning.
